The Federation for Private Drivers Initiative (FPSDI) is a Uganda-based non-profit organization dedicated to empowering private drivers through training, advocacy, and community support. Established with the goal of raising professional standards in the driving sector, FPSDI works to transform drivers from informal workers into skilled, respected professionals who contribute meaningfully to society. We believe that every driver deserves the opportunity to grow, be heard, and be supported — on the road and beyond.
